Your appointments are very important to us here at BeautifiU and they are reserved specially for you. We understand life happens and sometimes you have to cancel your appointment. We are just as bummed as you are! In the case that you would need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, we honor a FIRM 24 hour notice policy. ●Late arrivals Our schedules get crazy and we understand we tend to lose track of time period however if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we have the right to charge $1.00 a min for upto 15 min. Any arrival after 15 min will, at the stylist's discretion, need to be rescheduled and a cancelation fee for lease then 24 hours notice may be charged. ●Cancelations All cancelations made 24 hours prior to the appointment are no problem. For cancelations made within 24 hours of your appointment your reserved card will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). ●NO - Show As we value your time, please value ours as well. We send out several reminder messages to try and help curve some of the forgotten appointments. We all have busy lives and forget things, so we do our part in trying to help you remember, however, Not calling or showing up for an appointment that you scheduled for a time that fit your schedule makes it really hard to run a successful business and keep pricing fair. For any "no-show" appts your card will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment(s). If you refuse any of these terms, future appointments will not be accepted until fees are paid.
